Ordering from FetchFood.com is easy!
Step 1: Enter your Address
Enter your address and zip code into the boxes on the homepage and click the green 'begin' button.Step 2: Pick a restaurant
The restaurant page will show you:
The restaurants in your area What type of food they serve Whether they do takeout or delivery Driving distance from your address to each restaurant Whether your address is inside their delivery radius
Use these factors to choose a restaurant. You can sort the list of restaurants by any of the categories by clicking on the words (cuisine, distance, etc) at the top of the column. Click on the restaurant name to see the full menu for that restaurant. Step 3: Look through their menu
To view the options in each section of the menu, click the orange triangle to the right of the section’s name. This will show you all of the choices in that section. Step 4. Choose and customize the food you want to order
Most items are customizable. Click the boxes next to the options you would like to choose, add, or subtract. Once you have your item the way you like it, add it to your order by clicking on the orange 'add' button at the top of the item. Each time you add an item, it will appear in the "Current Order" sidebar to the right of the screen along with a subtotal of your order. Once you complete your order, select the green 'continue' button.Step 5. Review your order and address
This page is what will be sent to the restaurant, so you can use this page to make sure your order is exactly the way you want it. This page has a text box labeled "Order Notes" where you can add any extra instructions for the cook or delivery driver that you did not previously specify. (i.e. if you'd like extra duck sauce or you'd like to give them a 2nd phone number.) Click "Continue Checkout" to move forward to the Address review page On this page, check to make sure your address is accurate. Make sure your apartment number is included! Scroll down to tell us when you would like your food to be ready/delivered. * Here you will also choose whether you are ordering for pick up or for delivery. (if it is available) Click either Pick Up or Delivery to move forward!Step 6. Process payment
Select your payment method. You can use any major credit card or PayPal. Fill in the information and click the green "Pay By Credit Card" button or the PayPal button to finalize the order and send it to the kitchen. Within 10 minutes, we will send you a confirmation email, along with an estimated time from the restaurant of how long it will take to fill the order. If we haven't heard from the restaurant within 10 minutes, we'll call them and make sure your food is being taken care of. *Many of our restaurants offer advance ordering! You can order anywhere from 1 hour to 3 months in advance. Don't worry about the restaurant forgetting. FetchFood will send a reminder at the time the restaurant has told us would be most useful for them to get one.
